The mixologists firmly believe in doing everything in-house and hence, the equipment and custom glassware for their little tricks shows their flair and passion infused with sheer wit. One can find exotic alternatives to the LIITs and Cosmopolitans here with Tamil blends in masala milk with Talisker, Grey Goose la poire, cold drip vermouth and restretto stout syrup with coffee, Orissa offers resin-infused gin oriented with a textured papaya flavour for a smoky fresh and citrusy vibe.
Keeping creativity and innovation as the foundation while designing the menu, Novele also brings to Delhi two new concepts. Tableside cocktails will feature mixologists personally creating cocktails at guests’ table, based on their individual preferences and tastes. Luca and Gabriele want to appeal to the innate nuances of each guest’s palate by complementing and completing the cocktails and food menu with each other, while embarking a sense of curiosity and taste among guests.
